Grand Opening of our new Flagship location

On October 28th, National Immigrants Day, we celebrated the Grand Opening of our new flagship location with members of our community, Government officials, partners, long-time B1C friends, and participants. A day to highlight the contributions that immigrants have made to our society that add zest to the U.S. blend of cultures, customs, and traditions.

Attendees enjoyed a tour of the facilities. They learned about our programs and services. Guests also kicked off a community mural as they painted by numbers to help recreate the iconic mural once painted at their original location – 75 Selleck Street in Stamford. This mural symbolizes the many facets and colors of immigration.

Thank you to all who helped us celebrate this new milestone for B1C!

Dear Friends,

We are thrilled to have expanded to a second NEW flagship home on the east side of Stamford – 417 Shippan Avenue, Stamford. This is a tremendous way to advance our mission of supporting the integration of immigrants and their families into a new community.

This NEW flagship location is the B1C’s primary home in Stamford. We provide programs at both locations, as we continue to operate at our 75 Selleck Street site on a smaller scale out of the second floor.

As we look into the next decade, we remain committed to leveraging our abilities to make a greater impact.
