STAMFORD — A nonprofit established five years ago to provide resources for immigrants debuted a new name Sunday.

“Building One Community — The Center for Immigrant Opportunity” has replaced Neighbors Link as the name of the Selleck Street organization.

Catalina Horak, executive director of Building One Community, said the new name better reflects the group’s mission.

“It’s the name that represents who we are and the work that we’re doing,” she said.
