Glenn Formica is a highly regarded trial lawyer and immigration practitioner. With equal intensity and passion, he has developed a complex immigration practice that was born from a pro bono commitment to a Congolese asylum client. As an active community volunteer, he counsels low-income immigrants with complex cases and mentors local attorneys in providing pro bono counsel to asylum seekers in CT.

Kica Matos has extensive experience as an advocate, community organizer and lawyer. She served as Deputy Mayor of the City of New Haven and has worked for the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund and Amnesty International on criminal justice issues. She received the 2005 John F. Kennedy New Frontier Award.
